Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How much time will it take to complete weekly?
Remember this is certifcation - therefor you must attend 80% of all live calls and you must attend the two coaching circles. Weekly commitment is this - a two hour live call, a one-hour pod get together book club, a 15-30 minute self-reflection acitivity. Reading one chapter - 30 minutes. Full Schedule will be released on September 23rd 2022.
Are there practical coaching hours expected to complete the program?
Yes, to pass the program and become a certified retailu coach you will need to find two coachees to coach. You will be required to document coaching on a log and submit, you will have an additional four weeks to complete after the 13 week program. You will then be a certified retailu coach.
What tools are included?
You will be receiving a full workbook and pocket tools in the mail, you will also have access to downloadable versions, and all tools and resources will be within the program.
Is there homework?
Yes you will be expected to submit homework, the last four weeks will entail you creating a 15 minute presentation and presenting it to the group. This will up-level your zoom and live presentation skills and ensure you are enagaging and delivering your content in a very informative way. There will also be feedback required from you and surveys along with documenting on a coaching log and submitting. All of this will be submitted through the platform. It is uploaded and then will be approved by a retailu coach with feedback.
Do I receive an actual certificate?
Yes you will receive one in the mail, make sure that you enter your address in your profile so that we can mail to the correct address. You can also show it off on your LinkedIn profile under certificates - to do this Add leadership and coaching certification and select retailu - Retail Leadership training as orgaization. It never expires. PLease update your mailing address as soon as you have signed up.
What if I drop out of the program, can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds, however we know life happens and would be happy to enroll you in a program date that works for you. You can have one deferal to the next program if there is availability in the class. If you need to defer again it will be taken on a case by case basis.
Do I get to meet April?
Yes, you will be trained by April in the live classes, and other retailu coaches. April will also schedule a 30 minute coaching session with you personally. This is valued at $295 and is invaluable. This is a virtual coaching session via zoom.
Is it offered in multiple langauges?
Not at this time, this is in english only. We hope to offer it in the future in multiple langauages.
You will be automatically mailed a program workbook, and all pocket tools.
You will also receive digital versions within each module.
However, we understand you may want to save a tree.
